Heinrich ignores birds killed by wind turbines while lamenting ‘climate change’ bird extinctions

On Monday, Sen. Martin Heinrich took to Twitter to bemoan the Audubon Society’s statistics alleging “climate change’s” involvement in the extinction of birds in New Mexico.

In his tweets, he wrote, “According to the [Audubon Society], nearly HALF (46%) of New Mexico’s bird species are vulnerable to climate change–which could lead to population declines and local extinctions if species aren’t able to adapt.”

On Friday, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced the formation of two new task forces focusing on New Mexico’s tax code. According to her news release, the newly-created bureaucratic committees “will analyze aspects of the state tax code, reporting their findings to the governor.” 

“These committees will study reform measures thoroughly and help us make sure we get it right,” said the Governor, after she already looks “raise an estimated $70 million in additional state revenue,” through taxing New Mexicans, while branding the measure as creating equality in the tax code.…

Haaland proposes bill subsidizing criminal aliens’ abortions

On Tuesday, freshman Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and Deb Haaland (D-NM) reintroduced the “Health Equity and Access under the Law for Immigrant Women and Families Act” or “HEAL Act,” proposing sweeping regulations to “greatly expand immigrants’ eligibility for health insurance coverage and access to care, including sexual and reproductive health services,” meaning abortion access.…
