PHILADELPHIA – The Democratic National Convention begins today, and it is unknown what will happen, since the recent email scandal with Debbie Wasserman Schultz. It seems the Democratic party has been saddled with email scandals, but they will do their best to negate the latest news and make clear their platforms. Judging from the political atmosphere of the situation the DNC is in, Join The Block Party is predicting the DNC will be chaotic, as the RNC was predicted to be, but went swimmingly.
The Democrats will attack Donald Trump at every avenue they have, and will try to keep the light off of the recent scandals involving their nominee and Benghazi. As reported earlier in the week, Michael Brown’s mother will be speaking, which is bound to cause controversy throughout the nation. There will be speeches from party establishment including Nancy Pelosi and Elizabeth Warren. The feminist agenda will be pushed as far into the mouths of the attendees until they choke on it, and most likely will applaud Hillary Clinton for the fact that she is a woman, seemingly her biggest accomplishment, other than her penchant for negating federal prison.
The DNC in other respects seems relatively unpredictable, since the DNC chairwoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz will not be presiding over the convention, and has given her resignation. DWS’ strong-worded rhetoric early last week seems ironic, with her tweet to Reince Priebus, chairman of the RNC, saying “Hey @Reince – I’m in Cleveland if you need another chair to keep your convention in order. #RNCinCLE.”
Now, Wasserman Schultz will not even preside over the Democratic convention. Bernie Sanders voters are in protest about the corrupt regime and are calling for an investigation since the proof in the emails uncovered by Wikileaks show the bias against Sanders. Reince Priebus remarked on Fox News this morning “I wouldn’t be surprised if Hillary Clinton knew full well that the DNC was working with them and for them.” If Hillary was in the middle of the scandal, she could find herself under FBI investigation yet again. The accountability is nowhere in sight, and the DNC leaves itself unpredictable.
This morning, vice chair of the DNC, Donna Brazile apologized for the email leak, but as of the news, Debbie Wasserman Schultz has not spoken publicly to the media.
